No Refund Policy:   All payments are final and non‑refundable once the label is created. You are responsible for verifying all information before payment. Incorrect addresses or wrong information are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot cancel, edit, or refund a label once it is issued.

DHL Express Document Service:   – Documents only (under 0.5 lb) – No merchandise, no boxes, no returns – Any non‑document shipment will be rejected by DHL.

Security:   We use secure systems to protect your information. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive financial data.
